News Center: 14 Strategies for Finding Clients via Google
Many of you have asked: "I’ve sent out 1,000 emails—why haven't I seen any results?" My only response is that you haven't taken the time to analyze your product, its target market, the specific purchasing decision-makers, or the content of your outreach emails. If you simply copy, paste, and mass-send emails without conducting any specific analysis, you can't expect anything other than lackluster results. If you do happen to land a good client through such a scattershot approach, it can only be attributed to sheer luck.

Before you even begin searching, it is absolutely essential to thoroughly analyze the end market for your product. Determine which countries and regions are the best fit for your product—or where it is most likely to sell well—and identify exactly who is purchasing it (whether they are intermediaries or direct wholesalers). Find the right market, find the right people, and do things the right way. Enough with the preamble—let's dive straight into the ultimate strategies for finding clients:

 I. Google.com  Combination Search: Products + Procurement Keywords + Various Suffixes+email

generally When using Google to search for clients, one typically combines several key elements; simply placing a space between the elements is sufficient.

Generally, a combination of 2 to 4 elements is sufficient.:

Procurement terms such as... importer, distributor, wholesale, wholesaler ,wanted,buyer, buying, purchase, purchasing, looking for, interested in, and so on.

The various suffixes can include public email suffixes, domain suffixes, company name suffixes, and so on.

 1. Public Email Suffixes

Google combination search elements, such as: led@gmail.com

Led distributor@gmail.com

Looking for led@mail.ru

Other public email addresses include

@hotmail.com

@aol.com

@yahoo.com

@yahoo.co.jp

@yahoo.co.uk

United States: @netzero.net, @twcny.rr.com, @comcast.net, @warwick.net, @cs.com;

Germany: @t-online.de, @multi-industrie.de;

France: @wannado.fr, @mindspring.com, @excite.com, @club-internet.fr;

Japan: @yahoo.co.jp, @candel.co.jp;

United Kingdom: @cwgsy.net, @btinternet.com, @sltnet.lk;

India: @wilnetonline, @cal3.vsnl.net.in, @rediffmail.com, @sancharnet.in, @vsnl.com;

New Zealand: @xtra.co.nz;

Russia: @yandex.ru, @mail.ru

2. Domain Suffixes

Such as .cn, .de, .fr, .us, .co.uk

For domain suffixes, we can use the inurl command (note that the colon must be an English character and must not be followed by a space)

For example: (can be combined with procurement terms such as importer, purchase, looking for, etc.)

inurl:.de led email , Germany

inurl:.fr led email   France

Inurl:.us led email , United States

inurl:.it led email    Italy

inurl:.au led email   Australia

inurl:.br led email   Brazil

inurl:.ca led email   Canada

inurl:.jp led email   Japan

3. Company Name Suffixes

Company names in various countries all have suffixes. For example, many Chinese companies use Co., Ltd.; others include Germany's GmbH, S.P.A., S.R.L., AG, S.A. (these can also be combined with procurement terms such as importer, purchase, looking for, etc.)

led GMBH email  Germany

led AG email   Germany and Switzerland

led S.A. email Southern Europe, South America

led S.A.R.L.email France, Spain

led B.V. email or led N.V email Netherlands, Belgium

led S.P.A email or led S.R.L.email Italy

Suffixes in other countries

APS: Denmark

Lda: Portugal

Ltda: Brazil, Chile

SP.Z.O.O: Poland

TIC: Turkey

S.R.O: Czech Republic

EIRL: Portugal

The above elements can be freely combined, but the three basic items cannot be omitted; otherwise, the search results will be even less accurate. Of course, you can also use two elements to get more search results and then filter them manually.

Here are a few examples

Wanted Led @hotmail.com - procurement term + product term + public email suffix

Led .inc email - product term + company suffix + email

Inrul:.de led email- inurl command + domain suffix + product term + email

Other commands include

Limit the search scope to webpage titles — intitle:

Limit the search scope to a specific site — site:

Limit the search scope to URL links — inurl:

(note that the colon must be an English character and must not be followed by a space)

 II. Google Country-Specific Website Search  Google.de search product translation term + email

Once you have identified the end market for your product, for example, if your product is easier to sell in Germany, then choose Germany for focused development. The first method above can be used to cast a wide net; with this method, it is time to cultivate the field carefully.

First, confirm the German Google site, www.google.de. On the homepage, select Google.de and use the following language: Deutsch

Then use Google Translate to translate your product terms and procurement terms. For example, led in German is Lager

You can first try searching for lager email, and then gradually add procurement terms. If the websites you find are in German and you cannot understand them, use Google Translate to translate the webpages. As long as you find the right email, that is enough.

You can also use the local languages of different countries to search on Google in those regions.

 III. Google Search for B2B Inquiry Emails   Enter the buyer's name, phone number, etc. from the inquiry into Google

On B2B platforms, you usually cannot see the buyer's email; you can only see the basic contact information from the inquiry, such as company name, phone number, address, fax, contact person, and purchased product. We can search these items individually or in combination on Google. Remember to add email to the search elements. If you find the company's website, you can search @abc.com in Google or add the contact person's name to see which result is most suitable.

 IV. Google Search for Peers (Competitors)  Search by competitors' company names or phone numbers

Search the company names of your domestic competitors or overseas peers on Google and see which websites they appear on. On these websites, you may find peers of your peers or their customers, and these may all be your potential clients (search both the full company name and the abbreviated name once).

In addition, search your peers' phone numbers, fax numbers, emails, mobile numbers, and even the owner's name and mobile number. You will discover many business opportunities (when searching for the owner's or buyer's name or mobile number, you can add PDF). You will know how effective it is once you try it.

 V. Goolge Search for Well-Known Buyers in the Industry   Method same as above

For certain well-known buyers in the industry that you know, try searching the buyer's company name, email, and so on, and see whether there are any business opportunities.

 VI. Google Search for New and Existing Customers' Emails

Search foreign customers' emails on Google (including emails of existing customers and new customers). You may receive new inquiries every day. Try directly searching these customers' emails on Google. (You can also search the customer's mobile number or full name + company abbreviation together.)

 VII. Google Search for Distributors of Industry Giants

Using Google to find industry giants is not for doing business with them, but for finding their distributors: who is helping them distribute their products? Can these distributors be developed as clients? Can they also become agents for our products?

Method:Search the abbreviated brand name of the industry giant once, or add distributor, wholesale, or reseller after it.

 VIII. Google Search for Members of Regional Chambers of Commerce and Industry Associations

Industry association terms: Association, Alliances, Bureau, Council, Institute, Society, Guild.

You can enter your industry or product term + the above chamber of commerce or association names into Google to find the emails of association members. If there is no email, search the company name (full name or abbreviation) on Google to find the email.

 IX. Google Search for Industry Trade Show Members trade shows

The method is the same as above. Enter known trade show websites, find the exhibiting companies, then search their names on Google to find emails.

To learn about more trade shows, you can check trade show websites or search for trade show websites on Google. Product terms or industry terms + exhibition, trade show, fair can all be combined. www.eventseye.com was found by directly searching Trade Shows directory.

 X. Use Google to Find Distributor Websites wholesale or wholesaler

Small-quantity wholesale is currently popular, like aliexpress. There are many wholesale platforms overseas, and we can treat the sellers on these platforms as our target clients and develop them carefully. If half of the sellers on so many wholesale platforms around the world helped you sell products, you could sit at home and count money.

Distributor websites: www.wholesalecentral.com, www.toptenwholesale.com

You can also directly search wholesale or wholesaler on Google, or add a country name before it.

XI. Google Image, Google video, Google Map, Google Shopping

You can combine the above methods, just like with Google web search, and search products separately or in combination on GoogleImage, Google video, and GoogleShopping.

 XII. Use Google to Find B2B Business Opportunities

To find B2B sites, you can enter B2B-related terms such as Manufacturers, exporters, suppliers, buyers, sellers, buy, marketplace, B2B, trade, products, and portal into Google to search, then find a group of B2B sites and see whether there are any business opportunities.

To find B2B sites in a certain country or continent, you can add the country prefix or the continent name for combined searches. Remember to search each of three variants once, such as Canada, Canadian, CA; China, Chineses

Google search method:Canada Manufacturers,Canadian suppliers

To evaluate a B2B site, you can use Alexa to check its value.

 XIII. Use Google to Find Business Directories directory

The method is the same as above. Search terms can include directory or businessdirectory, and you can also add a country name or continent before them.

 XIV. Use Google to Find Industry Websites

Product or industry name + directory, product or industry name + manufacturers, or searching the product or industry name alone also works. Try them all.
